Returning Policy
Please do not return without a return authorization from White Marble Source, otherwise it is not going to be accepted.
If the order is returned in 7 days from the invoice date, all money will be refunded.
For the returning orders after 7 days from invoice date are will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
All returns or exchanges must be in original cartoons, unopened and in sellable condition. Returns will not be accepted unless the freight is prepaid.
A copy of the invoice, original bill of lading or a packing slip must accompany the return.
